We can recommend a daily dosing regime to suit your kitchen meal production. Biological grease control is most effective in kitchens where the solid waste entering your drainage system from your pot wash and dish washer are kept to a minimum or eliminated completely. We do not recommend this as a standalone grease control where macerators are in use.

The use of caustic cleaning chemicals can reduce the effectivenenss of this treatment and we would recommend the use of biological cleaning products to compliment this type of grease control.
