Installation                                                                     The installation of these units requires: Ø       240V, 50Hz, 13Amp power supply Ø       Space above the unit for servicing Ø       Appropriate siting for visibility and daily maintenance

                                                    

Mechanical Separation Systems require daily and weekly maintenance by kitchen staff. The filter basket must be emptied and cleaned daily. The FOGs collected in the external chamber needs to be disposed of responsibly.

These units also need regular professional servicing to completely empty the unit, check over all the operational functions, clean and assess the units effectiveness and to descale the heating element.
